The Senior section is open to all levels with the No1 priority being to enjoy your Rugby. The 2nd XV provide players with competitive leagues, first class coaching and a stepping stone to represent the 1st XV.
Training takes place on a Tuesday & Thursday from 7:30pm til 9:00pm.
All games videoed for constructive feedback to help you develop your game.
Food is normally available after training on a Thursday and Physio is available both nights.
