The Senior section is open to all levels with the No1 priority being to enjoy your Rugby. The 1st XV provide serious players with competitive leagues and first class coaching from current Premiership players.
Training takes place on a Tuesday & Thursday from 7:30pm til 9:00pm.
All games videoed for constructive feedback to help you develop your game.
Food is normally available after training on a Thursday and Physio is available both nights.
